Our First Week

What an exciting first week we had. We started out with the Solar Eclipse and then learned all about teamwork, collaboration and communication through some fun engineering challenges.

Next week brings Language Arts in English and Math in Spanish. Other important dates include:

Monday
* Tardies begin to count - be sure your child is in the classroom by 7:40
* Independence Day - your child will walk to class or the gym by themselves. Be prepared to wave goodbye at the door or drive through the front drive to drop them off. They are excited to show off how they can be independent.

Thursday
*Curriculum Night
New to Cannon Parents - meet Mrs. Blizzard from 5:00-5:30
2nd Grade Dual in Mrs. Wohlferd's room (E5) from 5:30-6:30

See you then!
